Refund & Return Policy
At Floragleam, every product is handcrafted with love and care. Due to the handmade nature of our creations, we maintain a no-cancellation, no-return, and no-refund policy once an order is confirmed. Please read the following details carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellations
Once your order has been confirmed, no cancellations are permitted.
We encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchase.
If you have any doubts about a product, please feel free to DM us or contact our team — we’re always happy to help.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs), you must provide:

A full unboxing video recorded from the start, showing the package and the damage clearly.

The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery through our official contact channel.
Please note, Floragleam reserves the right to deny refunds if the product condition or claim does not match the evidence provided.
3. Refunds
Refunds for eligible cases (approved damage claims) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid transactions and exclude shipping charges.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures
We are unable to offer refunds if:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.

The courier made two failed delivery attempts.

The package was refused by the recipient.
5. Logistics & Delays
Floragleam is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for such delays.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
In the event of a failed or refused COD delivery, no refund will be issued.
